Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A project is agreed by written confirmation of a proposal.

Estimates and orders
The online price estimate is indicative, non-binding and based on the submitted choices. A contract is formed only after both parties confirm the scope, final price, schedule, tax treatment and payment terms in writing.
Simple one-page website
The CZK 1,000 price covers one simple responsive page using text and contact details supplied by the customer. Additional pages, copywriting, features, hosting and licences are scoped and priced separately. The final price and any applicable tax are confirmed before an order.
Domains
Domain registration from CZK 300 per year is indicative and depends on the extension and registrar. We can suggest names; the customer approves the exact name, final price and registrar terms before purchase. The domain is registered to the customer, who is responsible for renewals and subsequent fees.
Preview before implementation
A no-obligation homepage concept is for evaluation. The concept scope, any licences, usage rights and paid follow-on work are agreed in writing before implementation begins.
Delivery and ongoing care
The accepted proposal or a separate contract states scope, customer-supplied materials, schedule, price, payment, source-file handover, warranties and any ongoing care. Zero-downtime migration is offered only where a technical audit confirms it is feasible.
Consumers and governing law
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Before a distance contract, consumers receive information required by their country, including final price, complaints process and any applicable withdrawal right.
